REfocus Real Estate was formed in 2017 and is led by Howard Schussler. The team has extensive institutional experience in all aspects of real estate finance, with a focus on debt and equity capital markets, acquisitions and asset management. The Company selectively partners with family offices that prefer to exercise discretion and have a desire for dedicated deal sourcing, underwriting and asset management capabilities.
