We create a simple, clear and truly aligned approach to investing in real estate assets.

REfocus invests equity and debt capital across various commercial real estate asset classes including, but not limited to, multifamily, office, industrial and retail in the U.S. with a focus on investments that currently have strong cash yields, or are projected to deliver strong cash yields.

The Company specifically targets middle market transactions in the approximate $5 to $50 million total capitalization range as we see less competition and higher risk-adjusted returns than the $50 million+ market.

While shorter term value-add investments will be considered, long-term hold investments that deliver current yield and have intrinsic value that can be unlocked over time are a focus for the Company. While REfocus primarily acts as sponsor and directly asset manages, it will selectively work with operating partners who have local market expertise, but may require equity capital, financing or other resources to execute transactions.
