We create a simple, clear and truly aligned approach to investing in real estate assets.

REfocus invests in all asset classes across the capital stack, from common and preferred equity to mezzanine and senior financing, but our primary focus is on common equity investments that fall within the following two categories:

Limited Partner (LP)

  • Majority equity investment ($10-50MM+) with major decision and control rights
  • GP executes business plan, secures financing, signs guarantees, has real “skin in the game”
  • Short and long-term hold periods

Co-General Partner (Co-GP)

  • Smaller passive equity investment (up to $10MM)
  • REfocus shares in promote economics and fees
  • Short and long-term hold periods
